I had to discontinue the guest book, due to pornographic spamming that happened there. But, folks who were stationed there often want to make contact with others they knew in Samsun. Here's the opportunity.

It's probably fastest if you provide your Email info for posting here, but, if you'd rather not do that, I can act as a go-between for you. Either way, give me the years you were at Samsun, your flight number or job there, and any other info that will help.

Looking For...

Larry Horowitz, who was at Samsun from 1963-64, would like folks who knew him to contact him. He had friends in Supply, AFRTS, and also worked for Lt. Wilson and as a waiter in the NCO club. Email Him!

Roy Locke, at Samsun 1969-1970, when the base closed, is trying to contact Msgt. Ed Solehyde, Maj. John Laughery, and Capt. Leblanch. Email him!

Sue McMahill is looking for people who might have known her father, Thaddeus (T.O.) Johnson. He was at TUSLOG Det. 3-2 from August, 1966 through Thanksgiving, 1967.  He has passed away and she hopes to hear from folks who knew him there, so she can pass on the knowledge to her son, who did not have a chance to meet his grandfather.
